Job summary

The post involves working with adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour, with emphasis on health promotion, service development and MDT collaboration. Willingness to travel and an enhanced DBS check are required.

• Registered Learning Disability Nurse with current NMC Registration.
• 2-3 year' post registration Experience.
