Job summary

Wales & West Housing Group (WWHG) is seeking a Head of Communications & Corporate Support to shape how staff and residents experience our services. You will lead communications, engagement, Welsh language services, community assistance, and corporate support, reporting to the Director of Corporate Services.

You will foster collaboration across the organisation and drive improvements while aligning resources to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, engagement, customer-focused or support services.
• Strategic leadership experience in a corporate environment.
• Ability to build relationships with senior leaders and diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications and engagement with staff, residents, Board members and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership for Welsh language services, community assistance and corporate support.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback and performance information.
