Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren is seeking a proactive land and project liaison professional to support client objectives across land access, consents, and reinstatement. You will collaborate with contractors, landowners and project teams, ensuring compliant processes and accurate billing while maintaining a professional image for the client and the company.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Strong knowledge of agriculture and rural affairs.
• Understand and demonstrate excellent customer service.
• Be commercially focused and keen to use innovation and technology to deliver efficiencies.
• Willingness to challenge the norm.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and organised.

Responsibilities

• Manage liaison activities with clients, contractors, landowners, farmers and other stakeholders in support of client objectives.
• Arrange access to private land, serve notices, obtain agreements/consents, evidencing condition of land before entry.
• Advise and agree on reinstatement of land and handle agricultural loss claims.
• Ensure proactive engagement with landowners on site and maintain a professional client image.
• Work closely with project teams, often on project/client sites.
• Provide regular client updates and ensure accurate billing.
• Carry out work in compliance with legal, regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements.
• Support line management and deliver progress reviews.
• Maintain and improve knowledge through training.
