Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren is seeking a proactive Liaison Officer to join our Utilities and Infrastructure practice in the UK. You will be the main interface between clients, landowners and agents, coordinating consents and land references on sensitive projects.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Good knowledge of agriculture and rural affairs.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, organised and a great team player.

Responsibilities

• Be the main interface between the client and landowners, occupiers and agents on a day-to-day basis.
• Proactively engage with landowners to secure consents required.
• Keep the client up to date on practical matters affecting land.
• Complete land referencing and identify landowners and occupiers.
• Arrange site visits, record conditions and attend site meetings.
• Assist the team and settle compensation claims.
• Maintain stakeholder records and progress tracking.
• Work to client timeframes to ensure delivery of the programme.
• Collaborate with project teams on-site at client locations.
• Pursue ongoing knowledge through company training.
