Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks a senior LAB Performance Director for London/Amsterdam/Brussels. You will align A-Cs with business demand, shape strategy, and lead the A-C Performance Team to deliver measurable commercial results across LAB geos.

Reporting to LAB Talent & Performance Senior Director, you will drive change management, process improvements, and cross-geography collaboration to maximise billability and pipeline health.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international professional services firm.
• Experience in a team management role and developing employees.
• A proven track record of managing projects to successful outcomes in a complex professional environment, with a focus on stakeholder management.
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Own the A-C performance strategy across the LAB system, optimising deployment, utilisation and billability.
• Lead pipeline demand management across all cases translating inputs into resourcing decisions.
• Monitor staffing data and produce dashboards for senior leadership showing progress towards targets.
• Set direction for the A-C Performance Team and lead performance management and coaching.
• Act as senior escalation point for all A-C staffing topics and facilitate transparent decisions.
• Oversee the Consultant affiliation process to support timely, performance-based decisions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to LAB Talent & Performance Senior Director and MDs.
• Drive transformation initiatives and enable automation and AI optimisations.
