LJ Recruitment has partnered with a national professional services organisation to appoint an experienced Learning & Development Manager in Spalding. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on design and administration of learning initiatives.

You will build robust learning plans, deliver leadership and professional skills programmes, manage compliance and digital learning, and collaborate across the HR function to enhance colleague development.

• Proven experience in a Learning & Development role.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programmes.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
• The confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive approach to identifying learning needs.
• Experience supporting leadership and early careers development.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Building relationships with departments and managers to identify learning needs.

• Overseeing compliance, regulatory and digital learning.
• Managing course administration and learner experience.
• Monitoring activity and evaluating impact of programmes.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across the L&D offering.
• Collaborating with the wider HR team.
• Providing guidance to managers on learning and development matters.
