LJ Recruitment is supporting a national professional services organisation to appoint an experienced Learning & Development Manager in Spalding. You will own the learning agenda, combining strategy, programme design, facilitation and hands-on administration, with visibility to senior stakeholders.

This role offers the chance to shape development across early careers, leadership skills and professional capability, while managing robust, compliant learning operations across the business.
