Job summary

Ofgem is recruiting a Knowledge & Information Management Lead to shape and grow its KIM capability across the organisation. You will oversee information governance, ensure statutory compliance (FOI, UK GDPR, Public Records Act) and drive improvements in how information is managed and used.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, set policies and standards, and build capability across teams to raise information maturity and support confident decision-making in a regulated energy landscape.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Knowledge and Information Management activities.
• Strong understanding of FOI, UK GDPR and public records requirements.
• Experience developing and implementing KIM policies, standards and governance controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation’s Knowledge and Information Management capability with governance and continuous improvement.
• Provide assurance on information governance controls and manage information risks.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and information asset owners to improve information maturity.
• Develop and implement KIM policies, standards and governance controls aligned to government frameworks.
