Job summary

Move With Us is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to nurture and grow strategic client relationships. You will work with the Head of Partnerships to monitor service performance, analyse KPIs and identify opportunities to improve client experience and revenue.

You’ll manage client meetings, travel UK-wide, and collaborate across Move With Us and DC Law to deliver outstanding service and drive commercial results.

Qualifications

• Experience managing key accounts and client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to use performance data.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive service improvement.
• Experience working with KPIs and SLAs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Full UK driving licence and travel capability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Attend client meetings and service reviews.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; generate regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion and revenue.
• Coordinate responses to complaints and drive improvements.
