Job summary

DS Smith is seeking an Account Manager to oversee Prefilled Display packaging projects across UK client sites, acting as the primary link between the client and internal teams. You will manage end‑to‑end deliverables, ensure packaging meets retailer guidelines, and drive profitability and value through the supply chain.

The role requires FMCG packaging experience, strong project management, and a hands‑on approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in print and packaging with POS display knowledge.
• Strong management of print strategies, budgets and costs.
• Ability to deliver effective design-to-implementation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Display Packaging projects from brief to delivery.
• Maintain monthly dashboard and identify opportunities or risks.
• Define action plans aligned with each client.
• Sales administration and monthly reporting to management.
• Regular client site presence and stakeholder meetings.
• Drive end-to-end value delivery across functions and suppliers.
