Job summary

Michael Page Technology is assisting a Big 4 firm with a Tax Technology & Transformation Manager role. The position focuses on modernising tax functions through technology, data, process improvements and operating model changes, in collaboration with tax, finance, data and technology specialists.

The role involves supporting programme design, data requirements, ERP/EPM deployment and business development activities, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and delivering practical

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate tax, tax accounting, tax reporting, finance transformation or related consulting.
• Strong understanding of tax/finance processes with technology-enabled transformation.
• Knowledge of tax reporting, tax compliance or tax provision data requirements.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver tax transformation programmes across people, process, data, technology and operating model change.
• Review existing tax and finance processes; define future-state operating models.
• Implement and optimise tax, finance and reporting tech solutions, including ERP and EPM platforms.
• Analyse data requirements; support data mapping and governance improvements.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into practical solutions.
