Baltic Recruitment is searching for a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to join the IT team of a leading manufacturing organisation. You will lead planning, implementation and management of systems, processes, software and IT projects to boost efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• Degree-level IT/engineering education.
• Experience in a similar Business Systems Analyst role.
• Knowledge of MSSQL and ERP software.
• Familiarity with data analytics and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic IT initiatives and system implementations across sites.
• Analyse organizational requirements and plan IT resources and software/hardware accordingly.
• Maintain and enhance ERP systems and automate processes.
• Document development work and ensure systems integration.
