Job summary

Baltic Recruitment are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join the IT team of a leading manufacturing organisation. You will lead strategic IT planning, system implementations and the management of ERP platforms to enhance efficiency and growth.

Key duties include maintaining MSSQL databases, developing automation, scripting within ERP and related systems, and delivering BI insights. Flexible working is offered, with a strong focus on ROI-driven innovations.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/Computing or related field.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and MS 365.
• Experience in a similar Business Systems Analyst role.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation and management of IT systems and projects.
• Analyse requirements and align IT resources with business needs.
• Maintain MSSQL databases and ERP software, including custom apps.
• Develop automation and integration to improve productivity.
• Document development work and train end users.
• Provide emergency IT support and cover colleagues as needed.
