Job summary

Dexters is recruiting a Head of IT Operations to lead a dynamic IT team and shape the strategic evolution of our core infrastructure. You will drive day-to-day performance, security, and integration of acquisitions into a scalable technology backbone.

The role requires a strong background in Microsoft 365/Azure and Google Workspace, plus proven leadership and project management skills for a multi-site organisation. In-office, full-time role with a focus on delivering resilient IT services.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading IT operations teams.
• Strong background across Microsoft 365/Azure and Google Workspace.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site infrastructure migrations.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• ITIL v4 practices knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Operations and Support teams.
• Oversee planning and delivery of IT infrastructure projects.
• Integrate newly acquired businesses into Dexters' core systems.
• Manage hybrid infrastructure (AD, Azure, Google Workspace).
• Ensure security, continuity, and DRaaS readiness.
