Job summary

1000heads is seeking an accomplished Senior IT Manager to own the technology landscape from laptops to security, with a global team of 3 engineers. Based in London, you will lead IT operations, vendor management and security, while rolling up your sleeves on escalations and projects.

You will shape the IT roadmap, ensure ISO27001 and GDPR compliance, and partner with leadership to deploy secure, scalable technology across offices worldwide.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing macOS and Windows fleets with MDM.
• Knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi, firewalls and cloud backups.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance.
• Confident with budgets, suppliers and contracts.
• Clear communicator to non-technical colleagues and leaders.
• Willing to attend Soho office 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of IT engineers and set priorities.
• Own IT operations, SLAs, ticket quality and user satisfaction.
• Drive information security program including ISO 27001 and GDPR.
• Build IT roadmap, manage budget and supplier contracts.
• Advise leadership on new technology including AI tool safety.
