Job summary

Onyx-Conseil is seeking an IT Operations Platforms and Security Lead based in London. This hybrid role requires hands-on IT infrastructure leadership, managing a small team, stakeholders and vendors to ensure stable, secure and efficient global platforms. You will oversee Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, IAM, security monitoring and DR/BCP, driving continual service improvement while aligning with governance and regulatory requirements. The position offers £85k–£100k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online and security tools.
• Strong leadership of IT operations, risk management and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR and SOC2 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small IT team and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
• Ensure stability, security, and efficiency of global platforms.
• Drive continual service improvement and transformational delivery projects.
• Oversee cloud-first governance and cost-efficiency in outsourced services.
• Oversee DR/BCP plans and regular tests.
