Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking an IT Commercial Manager to oversee the financial and contractual operations of the IT function. You will shape budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships while delivering cost-effective, compliant IT service delivery across the business.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical skills, and leadership to line-manage the Finance Admin team and provide strategic commercial insights to IT leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT commercial or financial management roles.
• Strong understanding of IT contracts, procurement, and vendor management.
• Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Experience managing IT budgets over £10M+.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, review, and manage IT contracts and renewals.
• Oversee IT budgets, forecasts, and actuals with Finance.
• Act as primary contact for IT suppliers and monitor performance.
• Produce reports on IT spend and commercial performance.
• Ensure adherence to financial controls and procurement policies.
• Line manage a Finance Admin handling invoices and reconciliations.
