Harvey Nash Group is seeking an IT Commercial & Compliance Officer to support the Digital & Technology team's financial, commercial and compliance management of IT services in the UK. The role focuses on IT CAPEX/OPEX spend, budgets, contracts, renewals and supplier records.

You will provide cost reporting, forecasting and management information to identify value-for-money opportunities while ensuring governance remains controlled and compliant. DBS and audit coordination are also involved.

Qualifikationen

• Experience monitoring IT budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, forecasts and expenditure.
• Experience with invoices, purchase orders, payments and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience supporting contracts, suppliers, licensing or renewals.
• Knowledge of procurement, financial controls, audit and contract governance.
• Understanding of IT services, software licensing, cloud costs and value for money.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Monitor CAPEX and OPEX spend against budgets.
• Track licensing, renewals, cloud and AI-related costs.
• Produce cost reports, forecasts and financial analysis.
• Review invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Manage purchase orders, payments, accruals and reconciliations.
• Support budget planning and year-end processes.
• Administer IT contracts, renewals, licences and commercial records.
• Support procurement activity, contract negotiations and variations.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency and deliver value for money.
• Ensure IT commercial activity complies with procurement regulations and internal controls.
• Support audits covering account management, IT assets and cyber security.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and support assurance activities.
• Identify and escalate commercial, financial and compliance risks.
• Build relationships with Finance, Procurement, Risk & Assurance, IT teams and suppliers.
• Provide clear management information to support decision-making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of IT commercial processes and governance.
