Qualifications

• Strong, recent experience as a Service / IT Change Manager.
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of change in complex environments.
• Solid understanding of ITIL Change Management.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Confident stakeholder management across multiple suppliers and technical teams.
• Background in projects and release management.
• Previous experience in large, enterprise-scale organisations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and govern technology change across a complex IT estate.
• Chair Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and emergency CABs (eCABs).
• Maintain the forward schedule of change across services and suppliers.
• Identify and drive resolution of estate-wide change conflicts.
• Engage with project and platform teams to understand release cadence.
• Ensure Change Management processes are executed effectively.
• Produce MI and supplier performance reporting.
