Job summary

Lockton Europe is expanding its Business Project and Programme team and seeks an IT Business Analyst to frame and mature services and standards, enabling delivery of the project portfolio and providing leaders with insights and assurances.

Reporting to the Delivery Lead, the BA will collect, document and translate business and technical requirements for projects, collaborating with stakeholders, development teams, architects and suppliers to ensure solutions meet user needs and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a high performing Business Analyst in technology or digital transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering BA activities within technology or digital transformation programmes.
• Effective communicator with internal stakeholders (at all levels) and external suppliers.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear business, functional and technical requirements.
• Skilled at business process and gap analysis with ability to identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Flexible and adaptable with experience working to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate business and technical requirement workshops with key resources and document decisions.
• Research business processes and produce reports with management recommendations.
• Produce functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria.
• Lead requirements validation, testing, deployment and post-implementation activities.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and third-party suppliers to understand system capabilities.
• Support project lifecycle from requirements through delivery and post-implementation reviews.
