Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in a Business Management, CAO or COO role, including budgeting and planning.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and drive agendas with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial matters for the technology team, including budget planning and reporting.
• Coordinate workforce planning, location strategy and resource scheduling.
• Track forecasts vs actuals, analyze variances and report risks and opportunities.
• Prepare management presentations and dashboards with clear wireframes.
• Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables and action plans.
• Collaborate with global teams to simplify and improve business processes.
• Communicate status and next steps effectively with partners.
