Job summary

Arvato is seeking an experienced Inventory & Supply Chain Optimisation Manager to own inventory strategy across two UK sites in Corby and Coleshill. You will shape stock management, implement optimisation projects and collaborate with Operations, Engineering and IT to improve capacity and efficiency.

The role requires strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset and the ability to drive data-led decisions across complex logistics operations. A multi-site leadership approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, supply chain planning and logistics optimisation.
• Ability to analyse large data sets and turn insights into recommendations.
• Long-term inventory or capacity planning experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory strategies across two Arvato sites.
• Lead long-term inventory planning and stock analysis up to 12 months ahead.
• Analyse stock profiles, volumes and demand to identify future requirements.
• Recommend manual, automated or hybrid picking solutions based on data insights.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across inventory operations.
