Qualifications

• Higher education diploma or above in Logistics, Management, Economics or related discipline.
• Excellent command of English; Mandarin Chinese preferred but not essential.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is preferred.
• Ability to analyse complex data and identify root causes of supply chain issues.
• Strong attention to detail and manage inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Analyse historical sales data and forecasts.
• Raise purchase orders and communicate forecasts to suppliers.
• Identify potential risks such as stock shortages or delivery delays.
• Use ERP systems and planning software to manage inventory.
