Job summary

TC Group in Fareham is seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to own vacancies from briefing through to offer, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

You will deliver proactive recruitment across partner firms, focus on experienced hires, and develop sustainable talent pipelines. This hands-on role offers hybrid working options and opportunities to influence recruitment delivery across a growing UK group.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment from briefing to offer.
• Ability to source passive candidates via LinkedIn, networking and direct approaches.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies while delivering a strong candidate & hiring manager experience.
• Experience screening, interviewing and assessing against requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage experienced hire vacancies from briefing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver recruitment plans.
• Write job descriptions and adverts.
• Manage vacancies across ATS and attraction channels.
• Source candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Screen applications, interview candidates and produce shortlists.
• Coordinate interviews and support offer discussions.
• Provide recruitment market insight to stakeholders.
• Maintain ATS records and support reporting.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
