KPI Recruiting is seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our central HR team in the UK. You will source, screen, and recruit top talent to support our growth and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience.
• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates across channels.
• Full driving license is required.
• Rec2Rec experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networks such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone screenings to assess qualifications.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings for skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and capture feedback.
• Manage offer negotiations and assist onboarding for successful candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
