Job summary

Rotork is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Lead to connect our people to our purpose, strategy and future. You’ll drive leadership communications, employee engagement and strategic storytelling across our global business, ensuring clarity, trust and alignment.

You’ll work closely with leaders to bring Rotork's priorities to life, help teams understand what matters, and create opportunities for engagement that strengthen our culture during a period of change and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement or Corporate Communications within a complex organisation.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and advising on high-impact communications.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A strategic mindset combined with the ability to deliver high-quality communications at pace.
• Experience supporting diverse employee audiences, including operational, field-based or non-digital workforces.
