KFC UK & I - People & Culture is seeking a Communications professional to support our restaurant network with clear, actionable messages. You will influence stakeholders, craft concise communications, and help plan large team events and celebrations.

The role requires organising multiple priorities, delivering engaging content, and providing trusted guidance to senior leaders in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in internal, operational or field communications within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience allocating communications to frontline audiences in hospitality/retail/operational settings would be ideal.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications strategy across multiple sites with fixed deadlines.
• Plan and deliver executive communications and events in collaboration with senior leaders.
• Advise and partner with senior stakeholders to shape messages for restaurant teams.
