Job summary

KFC is seeking a Head of People & Culture Business Partner to join our Head Office/RSC in a hybrid role. You’ll partner with C-suite leaders to align talent, culture and organisation design with strategic priorities, coaching managers and driving employee experience across the business.

You’ll lead talent development, reward and employee engagement initiatives, and work alongside Centre of Excellence teams to raise leadership capability and performance, shaping the future of our organisation.

Qualifications

• Senior HR business partnering experience with C-suite exposure.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into people plans and actions.
• Strong coaching, stakeholder management and change capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise people strategy, aligning to commercial priorities and growth.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape organisation design and workforce planning.
• Translate strategy into clear execution plans with measurable outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor on talent, performance and culture standards.
