Job summary

KFC UK & IRELAND is seeking a Head of People & Culture Business Partner to join Team KFC at the Restaurant Support Centre in Woking. You’ll shape the people agenda at senior levels, partnering with C-suite to translate strategy into people actions.

In this hybrid role, you’ll design organisation structure, plan workforce, lead talent and succession, and drive a high-performance, values-led culture while supporting transformation and change across the business.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leader with 10+ years in HRBP/generalist roles.
• Proven experience partnering with C-suite and senior leaders.
• Strong strategic capability translating priorities into People strategy.
• Experience across organisation design and workforce planning.
• Excellent commercial judgment in high-stakes people decisions.
• UK employment law knowledge.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguity.
