United Welsh is seeking an Internal Communications Business Partner to join our busy communications team in Caerphilly. You will work with senior leaders to deliver an engaging internal narrative that supports change, culture, and staff engagement.

The role involves shaping the communications strategy, data-led campaigns, and capitalising on staff channels to inform and inspire across the organisation. As a trusted advisor, you will craft clear messages, ghost-write for staff when required, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior internal communications or public relations role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for multiple channels.
• Experience in planning and delivering internal comms campaigns and channel activity.
• Experience supporting organisational change through effective communications and staff engagement.
• Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior leaders to deliver the organisational narrative aligned with strategy and values.
• Help shape and deliver the internal communications strategy across the Group.
• Plan and lead data-led internal comms projects and campaigns for segmented audiences.
• Create, edit and proofread internal communications for consistency with brand guidelines.
• Plan a calendar of internal comms activity and coordinate cross-team delivery.
• Manage and improve internal comms channels, including newsletters and intranet.
