Job summary

Transport for Wales is seeking a senior internal communications lead to shape and deliver the strategy for the People and Culture directorate. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure clear, consistent messaging that supports change, engagement and cultural development across TfW.

You will design and implement communications that build trust, align with TfW's values, and drive engagement across the organisation, including leadership and colleague programs.

Qualifications

• Senior-level internal communications experience in a large or complex organisation.
• Proven ability to shape and deliver internal communications strategies.
• Experience advising senior leaders and guiding culture change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications strategy aligned to People and Culture priorities.
• Develop and deliver culture change communications to embed desired behaviours and values.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on engagement and communications.
• Design and deliver engagement activities to involve colleagues and collect feedback.
• Lead communications for organisational change with timely, transparent messaging.
• Create compelling internal narratives to bring TfW’s culture and people strategy to life.
