Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of internal communications and engagement strategies aligned to priorities.
• Create high-impact campaigns across multiple channels and locations.
• Support cultural transformation by embedding values through targeted initiatives.
• Advise senior leaders on messaging, leadership communications, and change communications.
• Lead employee listening activities, including surveys and forums, to capture insights.
