Job summary

WPP Media UK is seeking a Director, Intelligence (Strategic Operations) to own cross‑functional workstreams across taxonomy, CCUID adoption, Campaign Governance, data quality and reporting enablement. You will partner with senior leaders to shape delivery strategies and drive adoption of standardized processes.

You will lead discovery, craft recommendations, coordinate implementation across Planning, Activation, Analytics, Finance, Data & Technology, and product teams, turning complex challenges

Qualifications

• Experience owning and delivering cross-functional projects in media, marketing, operations, transformation, data governance or technology.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and ability to coordinate activity across teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into delivery plans and governance approaches.
• Experience with change adoption and creating practical playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, shape recommendations and coordinate implementation across multiple teams.
• Drive adoption of taxonomy, CCUID, governance and reporting standards.
• Develop playbooks, process documentation and training materials.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery and risk management.
