Job summary

WPP Media is seeking an Associate Director within the Intelligence pillar of Strategic Operations. You will lead cross-functional workstreams across taxonomy, CCUID adoption, Campaign Governance, data quality and reporting enablement.

You will partner with the Director, Intelligence, shaping recommendations, coordinating implementation and driving adoption while managing risk and delivering practical options to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and delivering cross-functional projects or workstreams in media, marketing, operations, transformation, data governance, BI or technology environments.
• Proven ability to run discovery workshops, gather requirements and map end-to-end processes.
• Experience translating business needs into delivery plans, governance approaches or technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and shape recommendations for client workstreams across taxonomy, CCUID adoption, Campaign Governance, data quality and reporting.
• Coordinate implementation and drive adoption across Planning, Activation, Analytics, Finance, Data & Technology and product teams.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies and delivery decisions; present options and recommendations to leadership.
