Job summary

WPP Media in the UK seeks a Director, Intelligence (Strategic Operations) to drive cross-functional delivery of taxonomy, CCUID adoption, Campaign Governance, data quality and reporting enablement. You will lead discovery, shape recommendations and coordinate implementation across Planning, Activation, Analytics and Technology teams.

The role requires independent judgment, senior stakeholder management and the ability to translate strategy into practical delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and delivering cross-functional projects or workstreams within media, marketing, operations, transformation, data governance or technology environments.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and coordinate activity across teams that do not directly report into the role.
• Experience translating business needs into delivery plans, processes, governance approaches or technical requirements.
• Experience coaching junior colleagues or coordinating contributors supporting a wider workstream.
