Job summary

Ageas is seeking an experienced Integration Communication Lead to drive the internal communications for a major UK integration programme spanning Ageas UK, esure and Saga. You will translate complex change into clear, compelling messages, ensuring colleagues are informed, engaged and connected throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading internal, employee and change communications in large-scale programmes.
• Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders and leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal storytelling; able to simplify complex information.
• Experience delivering communications across multiple channels and audiences.
• Strong project management and prioritisation in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the internal communication strategy for the integration programme (Ageas, esure and Saga).
• Provide leadership across transformation, change and integration communications.
• Partner with IMO to establish effective communication frameworks.
• Lead communications for Saga integration, including TUPE-related activities.
• Create and execute plans for organisational design, people integration and policy harmonisation.
• Drive engagement initiatives to embed a unified culture and ways of working.
• Manage internal communication channels (newsletters, hubs, leadership updates, events).
• Produce high-quality content (articles, presentations, blogs, videos, broadcasts).
