Job summary

E-Fab Recruitment is seeking an Installation Manager to lead site installation services in the United Kingdom, optimize resources, and drive growth. Reporting to the Senior Implementation Manager, you will collaborate with Sales Support and external partners to deliver projects safely, on time, on budget.

The role requires strong leadership, contractor management, and the ability to oversee daily installation schedules across Hemel Hempstead with occasional site visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategy: Shape and execute the business strategy for installation service delivery and customer service.
• Partner Management: Build, negotiate with, and scale a robust ecosystem of installation partners to reduce complexity.
• Project Delivery: Plan and resource all customer construction activities (simple and complex) to ensure right first time execution.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor installation cost trends and manage on-site issues/snags to protect margins and maximize profitability.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with local audit, Health & Safety, and contractual requirements.
