Technical Prospects Ltd is seeking an Installation Manager to lead a territory-based team of Installation Engineers and subcontractors across the South of England, with regular travel to client sites. The role reports to the client and focuses on achieving KPIs, quality, and cost control.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Electrician with 18th Edition and NVQ Level 3 Electro Technical Services, able to manage performance, safety, and stock, while developing a high-performing team for

Competenze

Experienced Electrician with valid 18th Edition certification.
NVQ Level 3 Electro Technical Services qualification or equivalent.
Be an effective communicator who builds rapport well and inspires others.
An experienced leader with experience of managing a territory-based installation team would be ideal.
IOSH or SSSTS certification would be advantageous.

Mansioni

Recruitment and team management of direct labour and subcontractors; motivate and develop PDPs.
Financial and operational management to meet KPIs and lead times.
Monitor costs including expenses, products, equipment, tools, hotel and travel expenses.
Oversee performance reviews and regular team meetings and toolbox talks.
Ensure installations meet quality standards, policies and regulatory requirements.
Oversee stock controls and ensure the team have correct stock to complete jobs first time.
Lead Health & Safety, audits, risk assessments and method statements as required.
Represent client at NIC/EIC assessments and manage contracts; handle client complaints.
