Job summary

Catering in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Installations Manager to own the end-to-end installation process in Rotherham. You will lead installation coordinators, oversee active projects, provide technical support, and drive departmental efficiency while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong fenestration/construction knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive, practical approach.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in installation environments and managing installation processes.
• Strong fenestration and construction knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple projects.
• Good IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM requirements.
• Willingness to travel to sites and drive as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day installation function and manage Installation Coordinators.
• Monitor active installation projects, ensuring control and progress.
• Provide technical guidance to installation teams and the wider business.
• Approve ordering of additional products and materials when required.
• Resolve site issues promptly and liaise with internal departments on progress.
• Protect customer satisfaction by resolving complaints professionally and timely.
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to company standards and Codes of Conduct.
• Maintain PPE, uniforms, equipment and materials for installation teams.
