Job summary

The National Trust is seeking a Senior Performance & Insights Analyst to join the Organisational Performance team within Strategy & Governance. You will lead high-quality analysis and provide evidence to inform strategic decisions across portfolios and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading complex analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at executive level.
Experience presenting insights to non-technical audiences.
Experience monitoring organisational performance and producing clear reporting for strategic discussions.

Responsibilities

Lead high-quality analysis and insight to support strategic decision‑making across the organisation.
Work with portfolio boards and senior leaders to understand performance and investigate trends.
Develop reports, dashboards and presentations translating complex analyses into clear, engaging narratives.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders and share best practice to improve performance information.
