Qualifications

• Experience in a senior analyst, insight lead or manager role within high-volume operations.
• Ability to translate data into concise executive-ready recommendations.
• Proven track record in delivering high-impact performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of trusted management information and performance insight.
• Translate multi-source data into concise recommendations for senior leaders.
• Own interpretation of measures like service levels, productivity and backlog.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify root causes and interventions.
• Create executive-ready performance narratives for decisions.
