Job summary

CMA CGM Group in Liverpool is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Manager and wider team, providing a proactive, customer-centric service to the Short Sea Customer base and developing new business.

You will respond to quotation requests, pursue new customer opportunities, build leads and maintain strong relationships with Trade, Overseas agencies and internal departments. You will update CRM data and support pricing to grow volumes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales / Business Development / Sales Coordination environment.
• Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to build rapport.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to spot trends and opportunities.
• Excellent communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Resilient, able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem solver capable of identifying root causes and ensuring resolution.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer requirements professionally and timely, including quotation handling.
• Identify opportunities to connect with potential new customers.
• Build and share new leads, markets and trends with the team.
• Maintain customer relationships and handle enquiries with the Outside sales team.
• Provide regular commentary on accounts, pipelines and business development opportunities.
• Update rate matrix and CRM with key developments.
