Job summary

Kingston Technology Company in Sunbury-on-Thames is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager (Maternity Cover) to sustain and grow key distributor and assembler accounts, manage quotes, orders, and pricing, and support Business Development Manager efforts.

You will pro-actively manage accounts, coordinate with Logistics, Accounts, Warehouse, and Marketing, conduct customer reviews, monitor stock and deliveries, and travel occasionally to customer sites and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Fluent English spoken and written to business level.
• Desirable to know an additional European language.
• Experience in sales or account management.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively manage Kingston business in Sunbury; back up for other countries if required.
• Quote and negotiate prices, process orders, and estimate deliveries.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Accounts, Warehouse and Marketing.
• Regularly communicate with customers to secure orders and provide product info.
• Support Business Development Managers in the field.
• Manage inventory levels based on forecasts and stock levels.
• Assist with returns handling with the RMA team.
