Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in London is seeking a Business Initiatives Manager to convert strategy into execution and drive priority initiatives that enhance Client360’s operational effectiveness. You will partner with product and technology teams to deliver data- and AI-enabled commercial solutions for executives, team leads, and frontline bankers.

You will work across Markets, Payments, Global Banking, and the Private Bank to ensure measurable outcomes, manage risks, and promote adoption of business

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering business initiatives or transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of business process improvement and data analytics.
• Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement across functions.
• Track record in large-scale integration and analytics projects.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and operational risk.

Responsibilities

• Supports development and execution of Client360 initiatives.
• Participates in planning, execution, risk management, and delivery of programs.
• Contributes to ideation, strategic development, and value realization.
• Coaches junior team members in best practices and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborates with engineering, operations, and business teams to enhance processes.
• Helps define user experience for Client360 focusing on data-driven insights.
• Assists in establishing KPIs and measurable business value.
• Leverages analytics and AI to derive actionable insights from integrated data.
