Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Client360 team in London is seeking an experienced product manager to drive value across data and AI solutions, shaping features that engage clients and support business growth.

You will partner with engineering and data teams to translate business needs into epics, leverage analytics to deliver insights, and manage multiple stakeholder relationships across senior leadership and C360 leads.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management or equivalent problem-solving experience in top-tier environments.
• Proven experience applying data analytics to derive business insights.
• Knowledge of the financial services landscape, especially CIB client engagement.
• Experience across the product development lifecycle from requirements to execution.
• Track record of setting ambitious goals and entrepreneurial leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project work streams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer-centric product development translating business needs into epics and user stories.
• Leverage analytics and reporting tools to derive actionable insights from integrated data sources.
• Engage and manage relationships with senior business leads and C360 leads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and future success.
