National Grid is seeking a Finance Business Partner for the Great Grid Partnership (GGP) in Warwick with travel to Birmingham. You will partner with senior leaders to steer budgeting, forecasting and financial performance for central GGP cost base, and provide insightful financial reporting to drive governance and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong technical skills.
• Experience in a matrix team structure.
• Experience communicating finance and non-finance to senior management.
• Proven budgeting, planning and forecasting across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance business partner to the GGP senior leadership team.
• Understand complex commercial arrangements and advise on financial impact of decisions.
• Advise senior leaders in GGP Boards on financial considerations and risks.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis for central GGP cost base.
• Lead financial reporting of GGP project spend and drive improvements.
• Promote continuous improvement and use AI to enhance productivity and governance.
