LADbible Group is seeking an Influencer & Creator Partnerships Director to lead our LADcreator Network (LCN) and partner with major brands. You will shape creator strategy, manage talent relationships, and drive end-to-end campaign delivery with cross-functional teams in Commercial, Creative, Strategy and Production.

You will build team capabilities, optimize scalable processes, and ensure campaigns meet budgets, timelines and client expectations while maintaining high-quality delivery and brand

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships or creator management in media/advertising.
• Proven experience leading teams and overseeing multiple high-value creator-led campaigns.
• Strong commercial understanding including negotiations, budgets, licensing and usage rights.
• Established relationships with creators, agencies and management firms.
• Experience developing scalable processes to improve campaign delivery and efficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-department collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Lead creator strategy across commercial campaigns and ensure alignment with client objectives and budgets.
• Oversee talent sourcing, vetting, and selection across creator tiers.
• Provide strategic input on campaign development, feasibility and deliverables.
• Develop long-term creator partnerships and grow the LCN offering.
• Drive scalable processes for sourcing, budgeting, contracting, and briefing.
• Lead and manage the LCN Talent team, including recruitment and training.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, budgets, timelines, and client requirements.
• Maintain quality control on shortlists, brand-safety and content delivery.
• Escalate and resolve client, agency and creator issues to ensure outcomes.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Creative, Strategy, Activation, Production and Client Services.
