The AMRC, part of The University of Sheffield, is seeking a Key Account Manager to maximise benefits for Industrial Partners. You will manage partner engagement, coordinate with research groups, and lead the delivery of collaboration plans to drive high-impact outcomes.

As the main day‑to‑day contact, you will track activity, support funding bids, and promote collaboration opportunities while ensuring a positive partner experience across a diverse set of stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organisations.
• Excellent listening, writing, and verbal skills, including report writing and presentations.
• Proven track record in managing strategic relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Capacity to understand complex technical information and communicate it clearly.

Responsabilités

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Serve as primary liaison into AMRC and coordinate with colleagues and the Partnership community.
• Maintain a network contact list and define roles within each business for succession planning.
• Develop and deliver strategic engagement and collaboration plans with Partners.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of AMRC strategy, processes and personnel.
