Job summary

apetito is seeking a commercially driven Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and supplier management across indirect services, including HR and Business Support, Travel and Utilities. The role influences strategic and operational spend and collaborates with stakeholders across the business.

You will be adept at tendering, negotiations and strategic sourcing, with the ability to work on your own initiative within a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a procurement role, ideally in service categories.
• Impactful and adaptable negotiator capable of influencing key business stakeholders and decision makers.
• Innovative thinker with ability to generate/deliver valued added procurement solutions that positively affect the performance of the business.
• Highly analytical with the ability to measure and provide meaningful information to the wider business.
• Effective and adaptable communicator.

• Strong organisation skills- capable of initiating, prioritising and managing several projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activity, from strategy development through to contract award
• Deliver cost savings, value improvements and risk mitigation across your portfolio
• Partner with HR, Finance and operational stakeholders to support business priorities
• Manage key supplier relationships, driving performance and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts and regulatory requirements
• Monitor market trends (e.g. energy and travel) to inform sourcing decisions
