Job summary

Bramwith Consulting is partnering with a major UK financial services brand to hire an Indirect Procurement Manager. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, supplier optimisation and commercial decision-making during a pivotal transformation and integration programme.

You will lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects across indirect spend, develop sourcing strategies and negotiate terms, while supporting large-scale transformation and engaging senior stakeholders to deliver long-term value.

• Strong indirect procurement and strategic sourcing experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex sourcing projects and supplier negotiations.
• Experience in a large, regulated organisation is beneficial.

The Role

• Leading end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement projects across a broad portfolio of indirect spend
• Developing sourcing strategies and leading complex commercial negotiations
• Supporting major transformation and integration activity, identifying opportunities across suppliers, contracts and spend
• Partnering with senior stakeholders across a large, complex organisation
• Driving savings, supplier performance and long-term commercial value

What They're Looking For

• Strong Indirect Procurement and Strategic Sourcing experience
• Proven experience leading complex sourcing projects and supplier negotiations
• Experience within a large, complex organisation, with Financial Services or another regulated industry beneficial but not essential
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capability
• An ambitious, commercially minded procurement professional keen to develop and take on more
